Here's a new way to donate
If you would like to make a donation on someone's behalf,
you can send in your donation to the shelter and we will mail a donation/recognition card to that someone special.
Other Ways to Donate
Corporate Matching Gifts
When you make a matching gift, you can double or triple the impact of your contribution!
Here how to do it:
1) Find out if your employer will match your gift by checking your company's website or contact your company's Personnel Manager or Matching Gifts Program Officer.
2) If your employer matches employee contributions, request a matching gift form, fill it out and send it to CCSFSC, Inc. You can send the matching gift form in with your donation or at any time thereafter.
3) We will complete our portion of the matching gift form and return it to your employer. The matching funds will be sent directly to us.
4) Your contribution and your employer's matching contribution make a big difference in the lives of the homeless.
Bequests - Gifts Made Through Your Will or Living Trust
To make a donation that will impact the lives of the homeless for years to come, you can contribute through a will, trusts, or life insurance gifts. A bequest may take several forms. It can be a specific sum, a percentage of your estate, or the remainder of your estate after expenses and gifts to loved ones. Living trusts are a popular choice because the terms of a living trust, unlike a will, can be put into effect immediately upon your death, bypassing probate and keeping the terms private. In certain cases of larger estates, a bequest to charity may reduce the value of the estate enough to minimize or eliminate the estate tax.
Here is suggested legal language for including The Community Children's Shelter & Family Service Center, Inc. in your will or estate plan:
"I give to The Community Children's Shelter and Family Service Center, Inc. an Ardmore based non-profit with its principal offices at 15 Monroe St Ne Ardmore, OK, the sum of $___ or ___% of my residual estate to be used for its general purposes."

Donating Food, Clothing, and other items: The Shelter also welcomes donations of food and clothing to meet the basic needs of our clients and resident's. Food items need to be package per DHS licensing requirements. We accept some other items - please see our list of needed items. |
