The Community Children's Shelter & Family Service Center, Inc's Mission:
To empower and advocate for children, adolescents and families at risk in South Central Oklahoma through home, agency and school-based programs offering temporary shelter for children and adolescents, integrated behaviorial health outpatient counseling, prevention, and intervention services.
Our organization has been serving Carter County and surrounding areas for over 40 years. Our mission is to support the family and children of our community in their time of need, and work towards a greater good. We help those seeking help in a time of need. We do not discriminate.

We are excited to introduce our new Executive Director, Terry Long. Terry has been a resident of the Ardmore area for 20 years. He has 4 children and 2 grandchildren. Terry is retired from the United States Army. He recieved his Associates in Business Administration from Murray State College, his Bachelors in General Studies from East Central University, and will graduate with his Masters in Human Resources Administration in the Spring of 2012. For the past 3 years, Terry has served as an Outreach and Admissions Counselor for the Guthrie Job Corps Center. Terry is also an active member in the Fusion congregation of First Baptist Church of Ardmore, Ok where he plays the piano for the Fusion Band. We are excited to welcome him to our team and look forward to the great things he will do at this agency!
